The aromas are rich and multi-layered, revealing deep notes of dark fruit and warm spices. Bold flavors of blueberry, red raspberry, and ripe plum dominate the palate, while subtle hints of toast and vanilla emerge gracefully at the mid-palate. The texture is smooth and opulent, offering depth and complexity. Lush tannins contribute to a long, structured finish.
This blend showcases fruit from four distinct appellations—Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Mendocino County, and Lake County—each contributing its own unique character. The Napa Valley fruit underwent extended maceration, preserving its freshness and varietal integrity. To highlight the purity of the fruit, the blend was aged primarily in neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, allowing its vibrant flavors to shine. The result is a beautifully balanced wine, crafted for versatility and the perfect complement to a variety of dishes.
