JCB N° 4 is sourced from vineyards located in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley where morning fog allows the Merlot grapes to fully ripen without extreme heat. Bottled unfiltered, the wine opens with captivating dark fruit aromas of black cherry, anise and a touch of currant. On the palate, intricate flavors of blueberries and plum are accented with notes of mocha and a touch of earthiness. This is a structured wine with a balanced and lingering finish.
