Our N°3 gleams with a radiant ruby hue, captivating with aromas of ripe black cherry, wild strawberry, and hints of crushed violets, layered with exotic spices and a whisper of earthy minerality. The 2022 vintage, shaped by a season of exceptional ripeness and balance, unfolds with a silky, medium-bodied texture, revealing flavors of juicy redcurrant, sun-kissed raspberry, and a touch of sage.
