It is also possible to create custom-etched bottles using any of the wines offered in our Custom Label program when ordering a minimum of 12 identical bottles. Contact your Ambassador or Corporate Concierge for a quote!  Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery on custom etched orders, and pricing is calculated after design proof approval.

Is there a deadline for holiday orders?

For delivery by December 23, 2024, orders must be submitted and paid by the following dates:

  • Custom Gift Sets (Build Your Own): Friday, November 8
  • Custom Label Submissions: Friday, November 22
  • 25+ Standard Gifts: Monday, December 2

*The order form must be submitted and final before 5PM PT on the date noted above in order to ensure delivery no later than December 23, 2024

Can you ship directly to my gift recipient?

Yes! Whether you are shipping 12 gifts or 1,200 our team is here to help with shipping the perfect gift right to your recipients' doorstep.

Are there shipping restrictions?

We can ship to most states in the US.  Learn more about our States of Operation and any restrictions.

Are there discounts available for bulk orders?

Bronze, Silver, and Gold Partners receive discounts on all orders! Please contact your Ambassador or the Corporate Concierge for more details.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email with order number and order detail once your order is processed. You will also receive a second email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

My customer was not available to sign for their delivery. What happens now?

Adult signatures are required for all shipments containing alcohol. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Boisset and the customer will be responsible for any resulting shipping charges.

If an order is returned to Boisset, please contact Customer Care or call 1-855-233-5155 to have your order cancelled or reshipped. Additional charges will apply to reshipments or orders cancelled after shipping.

I need my wines by a specific date. What should I do?

Contact Corporate Concierge prior to placing your order if delivery dates are a concern so we can proactively assist you with providing the best shipping option for receiving on time. In circumstances where faster shipping is essential, consider upgrading to 2-Day or Overnight shipping.

Do I need to provide my birthdate for orders containing alcohol?

Because all Boisset orders ship from a wine warehouse, date of birth is legally required to confirm you are 21 or older regardless of whether or not the items in your order contain alcohol. Some states further require that the birth date provided by the customer match that individual's birth date in their state records. See our States of Operation page for state by state details.

Someone was not available to sign for multiple delivery attempts and the order was sent back. Now what?

My order arrived & it's damaged/broken. What should I do?

In the unfortunate event that your wine has been damaged in shipping or is otherwise not in proper condition, please contact Customer Care or call 1-855-233-5155 within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that sediment or the formation of crystals in fine wine is naturally occurring and not an indication of spoilage.

What is your return policy?

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of being placed, however, any applicable shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for any orders which may have already shipped. Returns are available when requested within 30 days of shipment. Please contact Customer Care, or call us at 1-855-233-5155 to assist.

Fees for Reshipping an Order (if Missed Delivery is Sent Back)?

Non-member $35 - Member $25
